West Elk - EAST!!!!!!          VIRGINIA...

LOUISA  is a rural area of rolling farmland

and historic villages with friendly people.

Centrally located between Fredericksburg,  Richmond and Charlottesville

in the area called the Piedmont-

nestled against the Blueridge mountains,  and above the Chesapeake Bay.

We are fortunate to get to spend 6 months in the area by leasing 45 acres. 

The property features beautiful Barnmaster buildings including

a 17 stall barn for the terriers, and an indoor arena for winter exercise.

The house is cozy & will be a great home till spring when we return to Colorado.

The quiet location has lots of elbow room, the opportunity to work our terriers, and the chance to enjoy eastern friends.

Virginia has had a  record MILD winter...  and our first, and only snow did not fall until mid Feburary... we took advantage of the photo op with Kit and Katie enjoying the white stuff!
